THENN makes each piece to order. Production time and delivery time are separate stages.
After you place your order
After you place an order, we will contact you to discuss any special sizing requirements. Made-to-order production takes approximately 14 days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is estimated to take a further 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination country. If you need your piece for a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss the timing.
Choose your fit or discuss a custom design
THENN offers three standard sizes, with garment length adjustments available by request. If you would like an existing style tailored to your measurements, or a bespoke design developed around your fabric preferences, occasion and fit, contact THENN before ordering. These services may involve additional charges. Confirm the measurements, service scope and applicable terms with the team before proceeding. Garments made to a custom length or tailored to your measurements cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. This does not affect any rights you may have regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

If you need your piece for a particular date, discuss it with the team before ordering. A production estimate should not be read as a guaranteed arrival date.
